Why Is Duct Cleaning Important Especially in Ontario?
Did you know that on average, people spend 90 percent of a day indoor? 87 percent of North American homeowners don’t acknowledge that indoor air polluting might be worse inside their homes than outside. According to research, indoor air is five times more polluted than outdoor air. Since we breathe 3400 gallons of air into our lungs in a day, duct cleaning becomes essential for our well-being. Considering the climate of Ontario, we probably spend more time indoors than the average.
People think they catch flu more frequently in winter due to the cold climate. In fact, the actual reason it happens is people stay inside more often in the wintertime. Simply put, to have a healthier life, we need to create a higher level of awareness of our indoor air quality. As Golden Line Green Care family, we do our job with this awareness in mind.
